　　①口頭通知一般是由一方向另一方口頭傳達(dá)的

　　通知，敘述表達(dá)盡可能口語化，簡潔明了，說清意思就行。

　�、诳陬^通知不用寫通知時(shí)間和發(fā)通知的單位。

　�、劭陬^通知一開頭可有稱呼語，具體因通知對(duì)象

　　而異。常用的稱呼語有“Comrades and friends”、“Boys and girls”、“Teachers and fellow students”、“Ladies and gentlemen”，也有的不用開頭語，直接開始。 ④口頭通知的一些常用的開頭語和結(jié)束語。
