  職責(zé)描述:

  1、負(fù)責(zé)視頻會(huì)議產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售,制定切實(shí)可行的銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃,完成規(guī)定的'業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo);

  2、通過(guò)電話、上門(mén)拜訪客戶、網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等方式,拓展指定行業(yè)或區(qū)域的目標(biāo)客戶,發(fā)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售機(jī)會(huì),跟進(jìn)銷(xiāo)售;

  3、經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)后,負(fù)責(zé)搜集資料、產(chǎn)品演示、方案撰寫(xiě)、在線技術(shù)支持等售前,售中工作;

  4、收集、跟蹤、處理行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目信息,并按照公司的要求按時(shí)遞交工作報(bào)告和各類(lèi)信息跟進(jìn)情況報(bào)告;

  任職要求:

  1、熱愛(ài)銷(xiāo)售工作,勤奮踏實(shí),具有強(qiáng)烈的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓能力,有清晰的工作思路和職業(yè)規(guī)劃;

  2、有1年以上視頻會(huì)議銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

  3、大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,有IT行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

  4、有對(duì)重點(diǎn)客戶的把握能力和優(yōu)良的客戶溝通能力、管理能力、表達(dá)技巧和銷(xiāo)售技巧。

  5、有韌性,有包容,不急不燥,一步一腳印。

  6、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)。

  1. Selling at competitive shows and congress programs.

  2. To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows and congress programs.

  3. To develop sales leads and maintain client prospect list.

  4. To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.

  5. To prepare accurate and timely reports.

  6. To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget.

  7. To prepare and present sales proposals to client prospects as and when required.

  8. To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure customers’satisfactory level is high.

  9. To build rapport with the customers and ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level.

  10. To record all sales in the CRM program provided.
